Job Overview:

Assembly line production of roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and partitions. Trusses are assembled from lumber that has been pre-cut and joined together with metal plates pressed into the lumber. Wall panels (exterior walls) and partitions (interior walls) are framed from pre-cut lumber using air guns. Wall panels are sheeted and then both wall panels and partitions are stacked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in teams of 2-5 individuals and working well with others 
• Adhering to safety standards while meeting and exceeding high quality and production standards
• Using and maintaining various hand tools
• Comprehending technical layout designs for walls and roof trusses
• Having basic math skills and the ability to use a tape measure
• Lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Working five, 8- hour shifts per week and overtime if business dictates
• Reading/Speaking/Writing in English 

Compensation/Benefits:

● $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience
