Job Overview:

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prodigal, you will play a pivotal role in leading our
company to continued growth and success. You will provide strategic direction, oversee day-to-
day operations, and ensure the company’s financial stability and profitability. This position
reports to the ownership team and involves working closely with our executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the company’s mission, vision, and
strategic goals. Lead the development and implementation of long-term business
strategies to drive growth and profitability.
● Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the company, including
budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. Ensure the company meets its
financial goals and targets.
● Operational Excellence: Provide leadership and direction to all company departments.
Promote a culture of operational excellence, quality, and safety across all projects.
● Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and
projects.
● Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team. Mentor and
develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the company’s
success.
● Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company, both in terms of
project execution and broader market factors. Implement effective risk management
strategies.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws,
regulations, and industry standards. Maintain a commitment to safety and environmental
sustainability.
● Innovation: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in construction
methods, technologies, and project management practices.

● Financial Reporting: Provide regular and transparent financial reporting to the owners,
investors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role within the
construction industry.
● Strong understanding of construction operations, project management, and industry
trends.
● Excellent financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance
effectively.
● Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Strategic thinker with a track record of successful business development.
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Business, Engineering,
etc.) required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
