Job Overview:

As a Finance Manager at Prodigal Building Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing
the financial health and strategy of the company. You will be responsible for financial planning,
budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and budgets to
support the company's growth and financial objectives.
● Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor expenses, and
track financial performance against budgetary targets. Identify variances and
recommend corrective actions as needed.
● Financial Reporting: Generate and present accurate and timely financial reports,
including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial
forecasts, to senior management and stakeholders.
● Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure the
availability of funds for day-to-day operations and project financing.
● Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-
making, including project profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial feasibility
studies.
● Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
● Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers,
acquisitions, and partnerships to support the company's growth objectives.
● Team Leadership: Oversee the finance department, including accounting and financial
staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team
members.
● Audits and Tax Compliance: Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with tax
regulations. Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar finance leadership role.
● Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced
degree preferred.
● Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
● Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
● Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
