Job Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Prodigal Building Systems, you will be an integral part of the
marketing team, supporting various marketing initiatives and activities. You will play a key role in
enhancing the company's brand presence, generating leads, and promoting our construction
services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media
updates, website content, and marketing collateral, to engage and educate our target
audience.
● Digital Marketing: Execute and assist in the planning of digital marketing campaigns,
including email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and
search engine optimization (SEO).
● Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media profiles,
including posting regular updates, responding to comments, and tracking engagement
metrics.
● Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to update and maintain the
company website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
● Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by creating and optimizing landing
pages, online forms, and other lead capture tools.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing
strategies.
● Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade
shows, and promotional activities to promote the company's services.
● Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures,
flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
● Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular
reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Recommend improvements
based on data insights.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or related industry.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software,
social media management tools, and website content management systems.
● Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software, including Canva and Adobe
Creative Suite
● Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
but not required.
